Redeeming the Forgotten Assignment of Intercession.


Fulfilling your God given assignment according to Ephesians 2:10 is not always easy. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Whatever the assignment, whether it being a stay home mum or dad, running a nation, running a ministry or business, leading a home, God’s hand must always be upon it all. You are called to co-labor with God, disciple nations and transform culture. The spiritual burden of your assignment from God should never rest on your shoulders alone. 

There are people who can come alongside and help. Prophetic intercessors stand in the gap and carry the burden back to God in prayers.

Anna in the New Testament is an example. Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity; and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day. And coming in that instant she gave thanks to the Lord, and spoke of Him to all those who looked for redemption in Jerusalem. Luke 2:36-38

My goal is to redeem the forgotten assignment of intercession. Not everyone can pray 8 hours a day, several days a week but some can.

Every other gift is usually financially compensated, like the worship team, but never the intercessors. Since I am an intercessor myself, I understand how much this gift is needed to help us fulfil our God given assignments.

Most people are busy, so they don’t have dedicated time to pray for you or your business for a specified number of hours every day. Our intercessors do. This has become their full-time job. 8 hours daily every day, 7 days a week (240 hours a month)
Or 4 hours daily (124 hours a month)
Or 2 hours daily (62 hours a month) 

For large businesses, we suggest 2 to 3 intercessors per day, 8 hours a day.

Dedicated intercession moves mountains that otherwise seemed immovablee.

On your end, you have three parts to play: 

 1. Start spending long hours reading and meditating on the word and listening to what God is saying as the intercessors pray. You have to execute, to implement.
2. Run just business practices. Whether it’s a ministry, a family a business, do just practices. Remember, the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just not for all Christians.

4. Answer the question, why do I need more money? Your answer should be connected to 2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. To provide for all God needs done and to leave an inheritance for your children’s children.
